What information do I need before paying my bills online?

Your Sanitary Board of Bluefield account number.
Your Credit Card number (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover.

When will the payment be applied to my Sanitary Board of Bluefield Sewer account?

The payment will be applied in 1-3 business days.

How do I get a receipt?

Your receipt will be emailed to you. You should print and save that receipt and confirmation number for your records.

If my account is scheduled to be turned off or has already been turned off for delinquency, can I pay my bill online?

No.

Email Billing can be handled through the new customer portal here.

In an effort to make paying your monthly bill from the Sanitary Board of Bluefield as convenient as possible, we now offer ACH Automatic Bank Draft as a payment option. Once this option is initiated, payment for your monthly bill will be drafted directly from your account on a specific date. In order to get your Sanitary Board of Bluefield account started with the hassle free ACH option, please use the new customer portal here.

Please note that payments can only be drafted for the amount of the customer’s TOTAL bill. No partial payments can be made using this option.

Termination

If your account is scheduled to be turned off or has already been turned off for delinquency, you CANNOT make an Online (Internet) Payment!!! Call our office at 304-325-3681 between 08:00 a.m. – 04:00 p.m. Monday – Friday to make the payment.

Payments can take up to three (3) business days before they are posted to your Sanitary Board Account.

Online Payments received after 04:00 p.m. on the DUE DATE will be assessed a Late Fee.
